Awesome Soundtrack

I rarely buy soundtracks of movies before I've seen them, but after hearing a couple of songs from Life In a... Metro, did so, and it turned out to be a really good decision!
The music, composed by Pritam Chakraborty, is EXCELLENT.

The entire sound track has a rock feel to it. Each track is very different, yet there is a consistent theme running throughout the sound track. Some awesome tracks include Alvida, In Dino, O Meri Jaan, etc.
The songs also have some excellent lyrics... here's a sample:

Rishtey to nahin, Rishton ki
Parchhaiyaan milein
Yeh kaisi bheed hai, bas yahaan
Tanhaaiyan milein

- Song titled 'Rishtey'

The only flip side as far as i am concerned -- the last two tracks on the soundtrack are remixes of the songs In Dino and Rishtey. I've never understood this concept of remixing perfectly good songs, specially when they are in the same album. For me, that represents filling up space, and not necessarily with music!

But that aside, it is an awesome album -- a must check-out!

My Jurassic Park expedition!

I was in my room, getting ready to go out with a friend, when I noticed them standing in the lawn in front of my window... these huge, giant happy elephants. Suddenly, in front of my eyes, they changed not only color, but also character! From angel-like looks, they suddenly acquired this really mean, demonic look. I rushed to my window to get a closer look when I also noticed some smaller animals crawling around. I seemed to have acquired a manifestation of the Midas touch, 'coz everything that I looked at turned into gray.
Suddenly the smaller animals started flying! I rushed to the window to latch it, but the creature managed to creep in. On closer look, it turned out to be a baby bear -- gray in color. Before I knew it, the bear latched itself to my hand and freely used it as a scratching post.

Then, as if whatever was happening wasn't enough, I had to go and give a Hindi exam....

That's when dreamland decided I had too much of torture, and I finally woke up!!

P.S.: Normally, I don't remember my dreams (or nightmares) when I wake up... and I think this is probably the first time I remember it in such vivid detail. This is probably also the first time I have written about one... all credit to
Illusions for inspiring me! ;)
